Short Breaks: We can normally offer any start day depending on availability (min stay 3 nights).

Short Breaks: 3 or 4 nights approximately 65% of full week price.  Other  short breaks can be  arranged depending on availability.  Payable in full at time of booking.

Winter Breaks: We are OPEN ALL YEAR including Christmas and New Year.

Special Discounts: We offer £30 per week discount in caravan holiday homes and pinelodges, and £15 discount on short breaks if only two in the party.

Fortnight Special - a discount of £30 off the second week (only one special discount per holiday)

Gas & Electricity: Gas and electricity are included in the price.

A Security Deposit of £50 may be requested on arrival to ensure the accommodation is left in the same condition as it was found.

Optional Extras: (Available in all of our holiday homes) We will be happy to supply any of the following, which should be booked and paid with your deposit to ensure availability:

Dogs: Quiet well-behaved dogs are welcome at a charge of £25 each per week, or £15 each per short break payable with your deposit. Dogs are only permitted in selected holiday homes - please check at time of booking.  (Maximum of two).  Assistance dogs welcome.

Parking is available for 2 cars per holiday home (3 cars at the Larches)extra cars can be parked in the car park.

Sorry commercial vehicles are not permitted on the park.

No Smoking: - Please note all our holiday homes are "No Smoking"

Please note young and single sex groups are accepted only at our discretion.

Your holiday home will be available from 4pm  on your arrival date and should be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure.

We appreciate notification of late arrivals after 5pm.  Sorry our latest arrival is 8pm

Cancellation: We recommend that you take out insurance cover for your holiday - once you have paid your deposit you have entered into a contract and are liable for the full holiday cost even in the event of cancellation.

VAT: All prices include VAT at the current rate.

To Make a booking: A non-returnable deposit of £100 per week is required to make a booking. Your balance is due  8 weeks in advance of your arrival date. (Please note, no reminder will be sent).
