If our customers believe that working on a holiday park is a holiday, then we feel that we must be doing our job right! 

As a family business, it is our aim to ensure that customers have a relaxed, hassle-free and enjoyable holiday with us. We would like them to return time and again and recommend us to their family, friends and colleagues.

However, as our staff are fully aware, running and working on a holiday park is hard work and requires commitment and flexibility, particularly as we are open all year round. We are conscious of the commitment and dedication of our staff to customer care and so we are happy to reciprocate by offering on-going training and development opportunities for them. We offer competitive rates of pay and a pleasant environment and working conditions. In return, we are looking for interested individuals who are energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated who would enjoy working as part of a team.

With our four holiday parks we can offer a diverse range of roles. The following is an example of positions which are often available within our organisation:

Wardens: Live-on members of staff who help with the day to day running of the park. Duties include reception duties, housekeeping, grounds work, general maintenance, on-call duties.

Student placements: Students studying tourism, business or related courses can gain valuable hands-on experience during the summer season, on six month/yearly placements, or on graduate to business schemes.

Seasonal Staff: A variety of work is available on a seasonal basis eg. housekeeping, ground maintenance, reception. These are ideal positions for those looking for short-term employment eg students. A limited amount of accommodation is available on site.
